When you have registered for PayManager, you must enter your employee ID, bank account number, date of birth, mobile number, and office to reset your password. Afterwards, click on the duplicate data merge icon to select the records you want to merge. The surviving record will be the lowest key value.
In order to create a stoppage entry in Paymanager, you must have an effective date and an end date. For example, in the example below, the effective date of the stoppage entry is before the 8M payroll. The end date is 8/1/18. You must also enter blank earnings and goal amount. Finally, you must uncheck the checkbox for OK to pay so the stoppage entry will bypass the approval workflow here.
