PayManager

When you have registered for PayManager, you must enter your employee ID, bank account number, date of birth, mobile number, and office to reset your password. You must also know your password and account balance to login to your Pay Manager account. If you forgot your password, you must visit the support center to get it reset. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and solutions to fix your password. We will walk you through the process step by step.

Login

Login to PayManager using a user name and password. For this, you need to enter the employee’s user ID and password, as well as end security key (captcha). Select the user type (employee, sub, DDO, HOD) and click on the Login button. Your password must begin with a capital letter. If you do not remember your password, just follow the steps to recover it.

After logging into PayManager, you can access the Employee Corner. This section displays salary slip details, including TA medical bills. Employees can also access their pay slip by choosing it from the Employee Report or digital version. Logging into PayManager requires a DDO username and password and an Internet connection. Once you have these credentials, you’re ready to log in to PayManager. Once logged in, you’ll see a list of options available to you.

Password

If you forget your password for PayManager, you can reset it. First, you need to access your account. Once you have done that, you can login to your department. You will need your username, password, and CAPTCHA code. Once you have successfully logged in, you can access the Employee section. From there, you can reset your password or create a new one. In either case, the process will take only a few minutes.

Your login ID and password are the last four digits of your account number. You can change this password later if you want to. Registration

To register in PayManager, you need to follow a few simple steps. You will be prompted to enter your username and password, and an end security key (captcha) to prevent unauthorized access. Then, select the type of user you wish to register as: employee, digital, or sub DDO HOD. Once you have completed your registration, you will be directed to the login page. Alternatively, you can select the Employee option if you are an existing PayManager user.

To register in Paymanager, you will need an employee ID and password. If you work for a state government department, you will receive a paymanager ID by mail. This ID will allow you to access the portal, as long as you have a bank account with the same name as your user ID. Then, you will need a password, which is usually the last four digits of your bank account number. After you have successfully registered, you can change your password at any time.

Duplicate data merge

The Paymanager is an integrated and common platform for the preparation of pay bills. It also provides facilities to generate bonus, leave encashment, and DA arrears bills. Duplicate data merge facility is available in the TO login. To merge data, enter employee ID and bank account number. Afterwards, click on the duplicate data merge icon to select the records you want to merge. The surviving record will be the lowest key value.

Final Words:

In order to create a stoppage entry in Paymanager, you must have an effective date and an end date. For example, in the example below, the effective date of the stoppage entry is before the 8M payroll. The end date is 8/1/18. You must also enter blank earnings and goal amount. Finally, you must uncheck the checkbox for OK to pay so the stoppage entry will bypass the approval workflow here.
